A duplicate payment is made for the same order.

If approved, the refund will be credited to your account balance or processed using the original payment method, depending on the situation.

Cancellation Policy

Orders can only be canceled if they have not yet been processed by our system.

Once an order enters the processing stage, it cannot be canceled because the service delivery begins automatically.

Failed Orders

Be restarted whenever possible.

Refill Policy

Some services include a refill guarantee as mentioned in the service description.

If your order is eligible for refill and the delivered count drops during the refill period, you can submit a refill request through your account.

Services without a refill guarantee are not eligible for free refills.

Payment Refunds

Refund requests for successful digital services will not be accepted.

In cases of duplicate payments or failed transactions, our team will verify the payment before issuing a refund.

Your account is public if required.
